Coparenting Seminar for Single Parents & Step Parents

Christian CoParenting and the YMCA are teaming up to host a Co parenting Seminar on Saturday, January 17^th, 2009 from 1pm – 5pm. The seminar is for single parents, blended family parents and anyone who is part of a co parenting team with children living between two homes. Grandparents and care givers are also invited. Childcare will be provided with pre-registration.

Questions addressed in the seminar include:

What are the long-term effects of divorce on kids and what can be done to minimize them?

How do I team up with my children’s other parent outside of marriage?

How do we handle holidays, birthdays and special occasions after divorce?
